

Job Description
- Oversee site entitlement and due diligence effort for multiple new construction
- Coordinate and support the construction hand off to the Construction Project Coordinator
- Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure critical components are not missed and risks are identified
- Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulation
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of project deliverable lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes
- Responsible for submitting activity reports, and financial report on regular basis to Management
- To use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Job Requirements
- Age 30-45
- Master/Bachelor degree in Construction & Civil Engineering & Business Management
- At least 3 years overall professional experience in property development industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities in order to consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and project management software
- Demonstrated ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom,
Experience and judgment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Be able to use computer application and design tools
- Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
- Able to work under pressure and good at team work.
- Very strong indoor and outdoor team management
- Knowledge in photography is a plus
- Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus).
